NETC has taken all reasonable steps to safeguard our travelers. Extensive planning combined with many years experience means that we are well prepared to deal with any emergencies that occur. Our Teachers and Students travel with confidence because they know NETC is right beside them all the way. Please speak with your Tour Consultant to go through any questions or concerns you may have and rest assured, we are with you every step of the way.

24 / 7 Emergency contact
A trained Tour Director who stays in the hotel with the group and maintains regular contact with our overseas offices accompanies each NETC program. We are able to reach them, and they can reach us at any time in an emergency. All NETC teachers, parents and participants can reach NETC 24/7 in case of an emergency through our emergency response line. Need number

Worldwide multi-lingual resource
All NETC travelers are covered by an insurance policy customized specifically for NETC. The policy includes the services of a worldwide assistance organization that provides help locating medical services, providing emergency transportation, emergency cash and much more.

U.S. Government resources
NETC is a member of the Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC). Administered by the Bureau of Diplomatic Security, OSAC provides travel warnings and security updates through regular email alerts. NETC is able to search OSAC's worldwide, country-specific database for unclassified security information and international news.
