NETC provides one free place on each tour for a teacher/group leader to ensure that our students are adequately chaperoned. We also provide enrichment bonuses and other professional courtesies for our teachers/group leaders as follows:
Teacher Benefits
Free International Cell Phone
Teachers are provided with a free international cell phone to use on tour. The phone will have a $10 credit loaded on it when you receive it. Students can rent phones from the same company and in many cases calls between your group members are free.
Single Rooms
NETC head teachers and group organizers enjoy a single room each night of their tour. You may of course share a double or twin if you prefer.
Included Insurance
The basic insurance which NETC includes for students is also included for teachers. The coverage provided in this policy is extremely important.
Private Tours
Meeting and traveling with other groups is an enriching experience and the highlight of many tours. However some teachers prefer to take a private tour. This can be done by special arrangement.

Teacher Rewards Program
How You Qualify For 2009 Conventions and Other Benefits:
You earn points for each student you enroll on an NETC 2009 program as follows:
- For each student you enroll by October 15, 2008, you earn 70 points.
- If its your first NETC trip, you will receive a 200 point bonus.
The more points you earn, the greater the rewards you receive. Use your total points to select one of the rewards in the appropriate box below.

Enrollment Stipends
Trips... Plus... Enrollment Stipends By enrolling six full paying participants,
YOU TRAVEL FREE! Each additional participant you enroll counts toward another free place on your tour for a second chaperone, or a generous cash stipend.
Please refer to the chart below. 
Family & Faculty Discounts Faculty members and your family (spouses and children over 8 years of age) will receive a 20% discount off the net NETC program fee. The discount will be taken after all other discounts and credits have been applied and cannot be combined or used with other offers.

Refer a Colleague to NETC
Receive Unlimited Bonuses When You Refer a Colleague to NETC If you refer someone who has not traveled previously with NETC or is not currently planning an NETC trip, and that person enrolls a group of at least 6 full-paying participants, you will receive a $500 Referral Bonus.
The more participants they enroll, the greater the bonus amount.

Note that your colleague cannot be travelling from your school with you on your tour, and only one referral from any one school can be travelling on a tour.
